Working closely with architect, Alex Urena, this basic red brick 1960s bungalow was given a complete facelift and the result is a modern three storey family home with a bold and clean aesthetic.
The house was designed with the best natural light and to take in the escarpment views. Natural flow between the storeys was achieved through an open staircase and the open planned living and kitchen areas flow seamlessly to the outside space, complete with new swimming pool. The modern mix of polished concrete floors, high ceilings, commercial windows and bi-folding doors, large format natural stone tiling, striking exterior timber cladding and rear deck and pool area have added a new lease of life to this house.
